I stepped away from the canvas and let the form exist on its own. No color to guide it. No background to hold it.
There is apart of us that exist without light. It's frozen in time, like a figurine. Those hidden parts still shape us. They become part of our self sculpture. We don't always see the beauty in what's being created until we step back and observe it as whole.
